Este m\u00e9dico foi um dos  pioneiros ao falar sobre seus benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Embora haja quem seja contra esta pr\u00e1tica, pelo lim\u00e3o ser \u00e1cido, o Dr. Lair explica o seguinte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">O pH do sumo do lim\u00e3o \u00e9 em torno de 2,0<br>O pH do suco g\u00e1strico tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 em torno de 2,0<br>o pH da \u00e1gua da torneira que passa pelo filtro \u00e9 em torno de 7,5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Quando dilu\u00eddo em 200ml de \u00e1gua (um copo quase cheio), o sumo de lim\u00e3o, ao se misturar, ter\u00e1 o seu pH aumentado e a \u00e1gua ter\u00e1 seu pH diminu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Um lim\u00e3o gera em torno de 5ml de sumo. Portanto, 1 copo de \u00e1gua com lim\u00e3o ter\u00e1 200ml de \u00e1gua (com pH 7,5) + 5ml de sumo de lim\u00e3o (com pH de 2,0).  Um total de 205ml de volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Ao calcular a m\u00e9dia aritm\u00e9tica ponderada, temos o pH da mistura (5\u00d72) + (200\u00d77,5) dividido por 205 = 7,36 (esse \u00e9 o pH aproximado da mistura do sumo de lim\u00e3o com a \u00e1gua do copo). \u00c9 bem diferente de um pH de 2,0. O pH em torno de 2,0 s\u00f3 aconteceria se o sumo de lim\u00e3o fosse ingerido sem \u00e1gua, o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 o caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Para que se tenha uma ideia, o pH de alguns refrigerantes \u00e9 em torno de 2,5.
